TTC yoga pose – Pashimottanasana.
Am loving this supported seated forward bend (pashimottansana). It tones and abdominal and reproductive organs and regulates menstrual cycles. It calms the mind and soothes the spirit. Such a great pose to melt into if you’re having a tough week. Stay and breathe slowly and mindfully. Take time to extend your exhale and make a ‘haaa’ sound as you do this, allowing tension to leave the body through the mouth. Stay 10 breaths (or those that have been practicing a while stay for 5 minutes if that is appropriate).
