Life Transitions coaching equips you with the tools, strategies and coaching support to help you meet challenges head-on and make lasting, sustainable change. Together we will explore four key areas to help you realise your goals.

One: I’ll encourage you to dream big. We’ll talk about your desires and ambitions – what gets you up in the morning, what makes your heart sing. During this process you’ll start to get clarity around what success looks like and what you want to achieve.

Two: We’ll dive into your current story, looking at the challenges and pitfalls. We will explore what keeps you up at night. You’ll notice how you speak, and importantly what you say to yourself, and how limiting beliefs can hold you back.

Three: We’ll cover strategy and explore options and tactics. You’ll learn how to transcend habitual thinking by asking yourself different questions and looking at alternative ways to explore your current situation.

Four: Key steps will be identified in order to achieve your goals. We’ll identify priorities and create a plan with practical actions to achieve success, allowing you to clearly measure your progress. You’ll understand that real change happens between sessions once you’ve applied what you’ve learnt.
