You might think that because I’m an expert, I’ve always been this way. In fact the opposite is true. I can write about it precisely because I sucked at it. I battled. I struggled. My life was in turmoil. I knew I needed to learn how to soften, be receptive and find calm, but I didn’t know how.
Over the past decade, during my own difficult fertility journey and having worked with hundreds of other women, I’ve learnt how.
