For more than fifteen years I’ve worked with founders, senior leaders and high performing women
navigating important crossroads in their careers and lives
My clients are based across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and NZ, working in industries including finance, technology, PR, FMCG and government. Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable professionals who have built successful careers but sense there is more in them – more potential, more possibility.
Many are navigating important decisions about the next chapter of their work and lives. They often come to coaching when they are at a crossroads in their careers or lives, wanting to step back, think clearly and decide what comes next.
My role is to create the space for that reflection – helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in marketing and advertising, including senior roles at Saatchi & Saatchi in London and Sydney. Working in those environments gave me first-hand insight into the pressures faced by women in leadership – the pace of corporate life, the complexity of leadership and the challenge of navigating demanding careers.
That experience continues to shape the way I work with my clients today.
My Journey into Coaching
My path into coaching began through a deeply personal experience. After moving from London to Sydney with my husband, we decided to start a family. But I couldn’t get pregnant.
During that period I stepped away from my corporate career and trained as a yoga and mindfulness teacher, specialising in stress management and wellbeing. It was a transformative time. I learned how to quiet a relentless inner critic, cultivate a more compassionate mindset and develop a deeper sense of resilience.
Five years later our twin boys arrived – having taken their own sweet time getting here. The lessons from that journey shaped the direction of my work. I began supporting women navigating fertility challenges, teaching the stress-management tools that had helped me. Over time this work expanded into group programs, collaborations with fertility clinics in Australia and writing a coaching book on wellbeing and stress management.
Many of the women I worked with were also entrepreneurs and business leaders juggling demanding careers alongside deeply personal challenges. They began asking if I could support them with the broader questions they were facing in their lives and work. That was the beginning of the coaching practice I run today.
My Wise Inside Philosophy
Over the years I’ve come to believe something simple but powerful: You are already wise inside.
Our experiences shape instincts, strengths and insight that are often far more reliable than we realise. Yet the pace of modern life can make it difficult to hear that inner wisdom clearly. Much of my work as a coach is about asking the questions that help you reconnect with that deeper knowing – allowing you to make thoughtful decisions about the direction you want to take.
The Wise Inside philosophy grew naturally from my own journey through mindfulness, coaching and working with women like you, who are navigating important crossroads in your own life.

A Final Thought
Over the years I’ve come to see that the answers people are searching for are often within them already – but either forgotten or ignored. Sometimes we simply need the space to be able to ask ourselves new questions, and a reflective conversation that helps us slow down enough to hear that wisdom clearly.
Creating that space is the work I care about most.
